General Introduction

ZZ 66 (zz66.world) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform, operated specifically for members in Bangladesh, offering casino games, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and a range of other gaming services.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between ZZ 66 and all of its members.
ZZ 66 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-site notification.
These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Membership & Account Rules

All individuals must meet the following requirements before registering with ZZ 66. Opening an account with false information or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
Accurate Information Required: During registration, you must provide accurate details including your name, date of birth, address, and contact information. KYC verification may be requested at any time.
Account Security: Keep your login credentials (password, OTP) strictly confidential. ZZ 66 is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.
Account Transfers Prohibited: No account may be sold, transferred, or lent to another person.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Age Requirement & Identity Verification

18+ mandatory: Members must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in any gaming activity on ZZ 66. Accounts found to be in violation of this requirement will be closed immediately.

The date of birth provided at registration may be verified. A National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document will be accepted.
ZZ 66 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of being used by someone under the age of 18.
To protect minors, we strongly recommend that parents and guardians install parental control software on any devices their children have access to.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry period, typically 7–30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
Game Contribution: Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Contributions for Live Casino games may vary — please refer to the specific offer for details.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to use multiple accounts or exploit the system to claim bonus benefits will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on ZZ 66 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our RNG (Random Number Generator) is certified by an independent third party, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random.

Sports Betting: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. ZZ 66 is not liable if a bet exceeding the limit is not accepted.
Technical errors: In the event of a disconnection or technical issue mid-game, the session will be restored from the last saved game state.
Incorrect Odds: ZZ 66 reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZZ 66. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

Money laundering: Using ZZ 66 to conceal funds of illegal origin is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Match-fixing assistance: Any activity related to the illegal manipulation of match results is strictly prohibited.
Bots or Automated Software: The use of automated software, bots, or scripts in any game or betting activity is strictly prohibited.
Using another person's information: Using another person's identity, payment details, or account is strictly prohibited.
System hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security or gain unauthorized access to the system is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure & Suspension

ZZ 66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without stating a reason, though this action is typically taken in response to a terms violation.
Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeited due to a terms violation.
Members may request to close their own account at any time. All valid balances will be available for withdrawal before closure.
Once self-exclusion is activated under Responsible Gaming, the account cannot be reactivated until the designated period has ended.
